- What is the difference between this door and a standard WPC composite door?
- A standard WPC composite door uses WPC door skins with an LVL internal frame. This model replaces the LVL frame with WPC structural profiles, giving the internal structure better moisture resistance.
- Is this a full WPC door?
- No. It is still a composite door. Unlike a fully extruded WPC door, this model uses WPC skins + WPC internal structural frame, offering a more economical solution.
- Why use WPC instead of LVL for the internal frame?
- LVL contains wood fibers and may absorb moisture over time. WPC has much lower water absorption, helping reduce the risk of swelling, warping and mold in humid environments.
- Is it more waterproof than a standard WPC composite door?
